ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned transfer order passed by the first respondent in Letter Na.Ka. No. 33019/2021/BD1 dated 27.06.2023 and consequently direct the first respondent to allow the petitioner to wosrk as a Panchayat Secretary in the present Station i.e. Angadu Panchayat.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the transfer of the petitioner has been revoked and also produced the Official Memorandum of the first respondent in this regard. Hence submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as 2/4

infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
