The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to survey the petitioner's land pursuant to the petitioner's application, dated 04.05.2022 in respect of the property comprised new S.No.202/2, Doddaubbanur Village.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representation dated 04.05.2022 to the first respondent/Surveyor seeking to survey the subject property and to fix the boundary lines as per the relevant documents, pursuant to the application, dated 04.05.2022 and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the first respondent/Surveyor to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2022 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent/Surveyor to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
