O R D E R

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to grant final approval for transfer of stage carriage (Bus Permit) bearing Registration No.TN 24 AJ 6669, plying on route "Krishnagiri to Dharmapuri and its spare bus number TN 24 AR 2323" based on the joint application made by the petitioner along with 3rd respondent dated 13.07.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 produced the copy of the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 13.09.2023, rejecting the request of the petitioner on the ground that the 3rd respondent/transferor appeared before the Authority and informed the authority that she withdrew her 2/4

consent for transfer. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be entertained.

3. However, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 13.09.2023 in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
