ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli to accept the surrender of the petitioner and permit the petitioner to execute a bond under Section 91 of B.N.S.S in P.R.C.No.41 of 2025 on the file of the learned District Munsifcum-Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that all the accused are appearing in the said case. It is not that the petitioner was absconding, but, no summons were served on him.
3. In view thereof, the prayer made stands allowed. The petitioner shall surrender himself on the next date of hearing before the Trial Court and the same shall be accepted by the learned Magistrate by permitting the petitioner to execute a bond under Section 91 of B.N.S.S so that the case can be proceeded further. Thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the Court 3/6
regularly.
