The Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks dispensed with the personal appearance of the accused.

The trial Court shall consider the request and the petitioner shall be present on the date of questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C., about the charge, and identification if necessary and on the date of judgment. Rest of the hearings, the trial Court shall take necessary decision about his personal appearance. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
