representation dated 29.06.2023.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to include the petitioner association along with 13 diocese for identifying the eligible workers and catechist of the various Churches and making them as a member of proposed welfare board as contemplated in G.O.No. 39 of 2022 dated 25.05.2022 issued by the first respondent based on the representation dated 29.06.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2023 to include them along with 13 diocese for identifying the eligible workers and catechist of the various Churches

and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
