ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner's life and personal liberty endanger at the hands of the respondents 4 and 5.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that with an intention to grab the petitioner's right in the joint family property, the respondents 4 and 5 broke open the petitioner's and vandalised the household articles and other properties. FIR is registered. The respondents 4 and 5 are hatching criminal conspiracy to get rid of the petitioner for succeeding the family property.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since it is a family dispute, permission cannot be granted.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. At the outset, this Court is of the view that it is nothing but dispute between family members and there cannot be any blanket order granting police protection. It is for the petitioner to agitate the same in a proper forum. Page 2 / 4
