Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the Petitioner shall appear and report before the trial Court once in a week, I.e every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders which is imposed on him in Crl.MP.No.15293/2018. In Crl.A.No.489/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.PARTHIBAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court once in a week, i.e., every Monday at 10.30.a.m., by order dated 27.11.2018 made in Crl.M.P.No.15293/2018 in Crl.A.No.489/2018. Heard both sides.
