ORDER

The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the complainant against the Judgment and order passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in C.A.No.23 of 2017, dated

23.06.2017 and to enhance the sentence and payment of compensation passed against the accused.

2. As against the same Judgement, the accused has preferred Crl.R.C.No.1016 of 2017 before this Court in which, today i.e., 15.04.2024, this Court has directed the Registry to convert the Criminal Revision as Criminal Appeal as per the Full Bench decision of this Court in K.Rajalingam vs. R.Suganthalakshmi reported in 2020 (4) CTC 1.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 15.04.2024 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-Speaking order vum To
