The criminal revision case is filed against the impugned order dated 26.11.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1815 of 2021 in C.C.No.171 of 2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of this criminal revision case, the petitioner had already undergone the conviction imposed by the trial Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent also conceded to the same.

4. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made in the Court bundle, as the petitioner had already undergone the conviction imposed by the trial court in C.C.No.171 of 2021, this Court is of the view that, nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision.
