A.No.4913 of 2021 in CS SR No.116230 of 2021 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

The suit has been filed for recovery of money.

2. As seen from the averrments, the transaction is said to have taken place only at Chennai and goods have been purchased only at Chennai.

3. Sine the defendant is residing at New Delhi, the plaintiff has sought for leave to sue.

4. The major part of cause of action arose only within the jurisdiction of this Court.

5. After perusing and examining the plaint averments and having satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to grant leave to sue.

6. Accordingly, leave to sue is granted as prayed for and A.No.4913 of 2021 is allowed. Liberty is granted to the respondent to raise all his objections known to him under law in the main suit.

7. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
