Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on petitioner by its order dated 08.05.2019 on the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent on the first working day of every week at 10.30 am until further orders by this Honourable Court in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.6410 of 2019 in Crl.RC.No.405 of 2019 dated 08/05/2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.B.VISWANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
