Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the lands and fix boundaries in respect of lands in Survey Nos. 190/4A, 190/1A, 190/3A, 192/6A and 192/6B situated at Korakkavadi Village, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District as per revenue records and documents by considering the representation dated 14.06.2021 given by the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER
This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to survey the lands and fix boundaries in respect of lands in Survey Nos. 190/4A, 190/1A, 190/3A, 192/6A and 192/6B situated at Korakkavadi Village, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District as per revenue records and documents by considering the representation dated 14.06.2021 given by the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard, Mr.M.Sarath Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. The petitioner submitted representation to survey his lands and fix boundaries, which is pending. Therefore, respondents 3 & 4 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.06.2021 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to survey the lands and fix boundaries in respect of lands in Survey Nos. 190/4A, 190/1A, 190/3A, 192/6A and 192/6B situated at Korakkavadi Village, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
