2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Criminal Case No.68 of 2017, pending trial on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tindivanam.

3. When this Court is about to dismiss this petition after hearing both sides, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks the leave of the court to withdraw this Petition and also sought the indulgence of this court to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial court.
