The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed para no.5(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 am for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation ordered in Crl.O.P.No.18038 of 2024 dated 30.07.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
