Sole appellant viz., Loganathan reported died. 2.Mr.V.S.Kesavan, the learned counsel for the appellant in S.A.No.844 of 2014 represented that CMPs have been filed and numbered but not yet listed.

3.CMP.No.9654 of 2017 has been filed to condone the delay of 807 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant viz., R.Loganathan in S.A.No.907 of 2014; CMP.No.9655 of 2017 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant viz., R.Loganathan in S.A.No.907 of 2014; CMP.No.9656 of 2017 has been filed to bring the petitioners 2 to 4 herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant viz., R.Loganathan and rank them as the appellants 2 to 4 in S.A.No.907 of 2014.

4.The factum of the death of the sole appellant viz., R.Loganathan and the proposed parties are the legal representatives of the deceased are not under dispute.

dua 5.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. 6.The Registry is directed to amend the cause title within a period of one week.

7.The learned counsel for the third respondent is present. 8.Typed set of papers in the second appeal to be served on the other side. Post the matter on 01.12.2021 along with CMPs in S.A.No.844 of 2014.
