Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to cancel the fraudulent documents bearing Document Nos. 32971/2011, 3497/2011, 4919/2014, 2978/2015, 1481/2022 on the file of Sub-Registrar, Hosur, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2023 to the 1st respondent.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent District Registrar to cancel the fraudulent documents executed by the contesting respondents.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that the District Registrar, Krishnagiri, in proceedings dated 30.08.2023 has already rejected the application submitted by the petitioner under Section 77A of the Registration Act.

3. In view of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal under Section 77B of the Registration Act by following the procedures as contemplated.

4. With the above liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
