This civil revision petition is filed against the order and decretal order of the Subordinate Judge at Attur in dismissing IA 1/4

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer for in this civil revision petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication.
