The Petitioner, who apprehend arrests at the hands of the Respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 7 & 8 of POCSO Act r/w.

Sections 9 & 10 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act in Crime No.not known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that as far as Respondent Police Station is concerned, there is no case or investigation pending against the Petitioner.
