2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents/Police states that on completion of investigation altered charge sheet has been filed before the Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court (Mahila Court), Egmore, Chennai and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
