ORDER
This Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.148 of 2024 on the file of the Subordinate Court at Omalur within a fixed time frame by this Court.
2. Pursuant to the order dated 01.08.2025, the learned Subordinate Judge, Omalur has sent a communication in D.No.697/2025 dated 11.08.2025, to the Registrar General of this Court.

stated that the suit is pending for filing counter in the injunction Application as well as impleading Application that has been taken out in I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025, notice has been issued to the respondent. Insofar as the suit, it is at the stage of framing of issues, the learned Sub Judge, Omalur, requests six months time to dispose of the suit, on merits and in accordance with law.
4. Considering the said time limit is reasonable, I am therefore inclined to allow the revision and direct the learned Sub Judge to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.148 of 2024, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
