2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint has been lodged as against the banker namely HDFC https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

credit card division. It is also seen that the petitioner borrowed a loan and thereafter failed to repay the same through the credit card.
