This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore, on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., apart from the Court hearings, imposed in Crl.OP.Nos.5225 & 5228 of 2024 dated 05.03.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and further investigation is completed and charge sheet was also filed.

3. Considering the nature of offence and that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation was completed and the charge sheet was also filed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
