This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, in C.C.No.384 of 2022, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 04.30 p.m. until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.16990 of 2023, dated 02.08.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, in this case charge sheet is filed and the case is taken on file in C.C.No.384 of 2022, by the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on all the hearing dates without fail.
