Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2021 and reminder representation dated 30.09.2021 to measure the boundaries bearing S.No.484/6, T.S.No.32, Ward - D, Block - 39 totally admeasuring 2047 1⁄2 sq.ft. of land which is situated in Attur Town, Salem District belongs to the petitioner as per Revenue Records and issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2021 and reminder

representation dated 30.09.2021 to measure the boundaries bearing S.No.484/6, T.S.No.32, Ward - D, Block - 39 totally admeasuring 2047 1⁄2 of land which is situated at Attur Town, Salem District belongs to the petitioner as per Revenue Records and issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner. 2.Heard, Mr.A.Rajakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner filed an application on 05.02.2021 & 30.09.2021 to measure the boundary line of the property, comprised in S.No.484/6, T.S.No.32, Ward - D, Block - 39 admeasuring 2047 1⁄2 sq.ft situated at Attur Town, Salem District, before the first respondent. The petitioner also paid requisite fee to measure the subject property. 4.Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to survey and measure the property, after issuance of notice to the counter parties and adjacent land owners, if any, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
