This petition has been filed to amend the prayer in the Writ Petition and the affidavit filed along with Writ Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the application filed for revocation of cancellation of the registration has been rejected, the prayer has to be amended to set aside the Order rejecting the revocation of the cancellation of the registration.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with this petition, this petition is allowed.
