Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 4th respondent with regard to the Provisional Selection List dated 13.10.2022 for the Geography subject published through online and quash the same for inclusion of S.Chandrasekaran, Roll No.21PG0302084158 by treating him as GT W T candidate in spite of that, he scored lesser marks than that of the Petitioner and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to treat R. Satheeshnathan as GT WT candidate instead of SC candidate and to include the name of the petitioner in the provisional selection list dated 13.10.2022 in the place of R.Satheeshnathan and to appoint him in the post of Post Graduate Assistant in Geography in Govt. Higher Secondary Schools under the respondents.

The petitioner has been issued an appointment order and therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition has been achieved. The 2/4

appointment order is also placed on record before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, he would submit that in the appointment order, it has been observed that the appointment order issued in favour of the petitioner is subject to the result of the writ petitions viz., W.P. Nos.15686 of 2022 and 23722 of 2022, if at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the conditions imposed under the impugned order, he will have to get himself impleaded as a party respondent in W.P. Nos.15686 of 2022 and 23722 of 2022.

2. After recording the fact that the appointment order has been issued in favour of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner, if he so desires to implead himself as a party respondent in W.P.
