The respondents 1 to 5 since sailing with the present petitioners, as they stood as writ petitioners, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners herein filed a memo to give up the respondents 1 to 5 from the array of parties, therefore recording the same, the respondents 1 to 5 are removed from the array of parties.
2. Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 6 to 9 and he has no serious objection in allowing the petition.
3. Despite notice having been served and the name and the address of the 10th respondent has been printed in the cause list, no one is appearing for him.

4. Since the delay is 25 days, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are inclined to allow this petition and accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
