This Court, vide order dated 22.07.2024, while granting bail, had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.884 of 2023 on the file of the respondent on or before 27.07.2024 and had listed the matter under the caption 'for reporting compliance' on 29.07.2024. 2. When the matter was listed on 13.11.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter had been settled. However, since no material had been produced by him to show that the order of this Court had been complied with, the matter was directed to be listed on 21.11.2024, for furnishing of proof.

3. It is seen that from 21.11.2024, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, there is no purpose in keeping the petition pending.
