ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the Pathway Right Agreement No.4472 of 2019 dated 12.03.2019 of 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2021.

2. Heard, Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The petitioner challenged the registered agreement between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 8 herein before the second respondent and it is pending.

4. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 8, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
