With consent the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2016 and direct the respondent to provide the water and sewage connection to petition property.
3. According to the petitioner, he has constructed building after getting necessary approval. Thereafter, he has applied for necessary connections by paying charges as early as on 07.04.2016. The petitioner has sent a representation on 20.10.2016 requesting the respondent to provide water and sewage connection. But till date the petitioner's request has not been considered, aggrieved against the same, the petitioner has come forward with this present Writ Petition.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that for getting service connection, the petitioner should provide the completion certificate, in the light of Judgment of this Court. Therefore, the petitioner's representation can be considered if the same is in accordance with law and if necessary completion certificate has been obtained.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, if necessary completion certificate has to be obtained.
With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
