ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the petitioner property and fix boundary stones in S.No.124/5E2 to an extent of 0.04 cents and S.No.120/1 to an extent of 11 cents at T.Solankurichi Village, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District and issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner based on his online application dated 27.11.2020 and consequent reminder dated 31.08.2021 by appreciating the above stated facts.

Heard Mr.C.Ramaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents. 3.

The petitioner submitted an on-line application, dated 27.11.2020 on the file of the second respondent to survey the properties in S.No.124/5E2 to an extent of 0.04 cents and in S.No.120/1 to an extent of 11 cents at T.Solankurichi Village, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District and it is pending. The petitioner had also paid the requisite fees for the subject properties.

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner, counter parties and adjacent owners if any and pass orders to survey the properties comprised in S.No.124/5E2 to an extent of 0.04 cents and S.No.120/1 to an extent of 11 cents at T.Solankurichi Village, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
