ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to provide police protection based on the complaint dated 11.08.2023 vide C.No.4642/COP/VISTORS/2023.
2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.08.2023 was enquired and it was closed on 20.08.2023 and the parties were directed to workout their remedy before the civil court.
3.In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this criminal original petition. The petitioner can either seek for the appropriate remedy by filing application under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., before the concerned Court. In the alternative, it is left open to the petitioner to workout the remedy before the competent civil court and seek for the relief. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of in the above terms. 19.03.2024 Index: Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking Order ssr 2/4
