Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to order passed by 2nd respondent dated 29.07.2016 in his proceedings no.5437/Aa1/2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to cancel the fraudulent documents no.344 of 2015, dated 23.01.2015, document no.6302 of 2015 dated 12.11.2015.
