2. The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in H.M.O.P.No.1829 of 2022, dated 13.02.2025 directing the petitioner to pay interim maintenance.

3. The Civil Revision Petition was referred for settlement before the Mediation Centre and the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, sent a report dated 22.04.2026 stating that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and respondent. The Memorandum of Settlement signed by petitioner and respondent, dated 20.04.2026 is annexed with the mediation report.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent counter signed in the settlement, identifying the respective parties.

5. Both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent submit that the dispute between the parties settled as per the terms of Memorandum of Settlement dated 20.04.2026 and both the parties are willing to file a petition for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent before the Competent Court namely Principal Family Court, Coimbatore on 2/4

or before 08.06.2026. The statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent is recorded.

6. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of Memorandum of Settlement dated 20.04.2026. The said Memorandum of Settlement shall form part of this order. No costs.
