This petition has been filed to modify the condition that "the petitioner is directed to make a non-refundable deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of Ray of Light Foundation, within a period of two weeks" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14546 of 2025, dated 08.05.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed.

3. Considering the said fact, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.138 of 2025 by 12.09.2025 and this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
