Respondents Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other appropriate Writ, direction or order in the nature of a writ, directing the 2nd respondent to give suitable instruction to 4th respondent to implement the order dated 25.04.2016 in TNSEA No.07/2013 passed by of the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Salem in TNSEA No.07/2013 by issuing appropriate orders of reinstatement in service, within a limited time frame by this Hon'ble Court and thereby direct the 4th respondent to pay back wages with a continuity of service and all other monetary benefits from 14.12.2009 to till date.

Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.The relief sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted since this Court has stayed the order based upon which the said relief is granted in W.P.No.9993 of 2017. 3.In such view of the matter, there is no necessity to keep the writ petition pending as the petitioner can get appropriate remedy in the pending writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions in the pending writ petition in W.P.No.9993 of 2017. No costs.
