ORDER
The petitioner, who is the Trustee of Arulmigu Durgaiamman Thirukoil, Salem District, has filed this petition seeking police protection to his life.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and his property. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
