Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are allowed, the proposed parties namely, respondents 6, 7 & 8 in C.M.P.No.18299 of 2022 are brought on record as as legal heirs of the deceased 4th respondent and ranked as respondents 6, 7 & 8 in W.A.No.2030 of 2010 and the proposed parties namely, respondents 7, 8 & 9 in C.M.P.No.18300 of 2022 are brought on record as legal heirs of the deceased 6th respondent and ranked as respondents 7, 8 & 9 in W.A.No.2029 of 2010.

2.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment. Post the matter for hearing on 22.11.2022.
