This petition has been filed to dispense with production of certified copy of judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.689 of 2021, dated 28.06.2022 in pursuant to the order of I.A.No.3 of 2021 in O.S.No.689 of 2021 on 28.03.2022 by the leaned IV Additional District Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the fair and decreetal order in I.A.No.3 of 2021 has already been produced. Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. He has also made an endorsement seeking leave of this Court to withdraw this petition.

Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
