This petition has been filed to amend the Crime No.39 of 2021 instead of Crime No.39 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.3082 of 2025 order dated 04.04.2025 and in Crl.M.P.No.13729 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3082 of 2025 order dated 21.07.2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order dated 04.04.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.3082 of 2025 and the order dated 21.07.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.13729 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3082 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy.
