O R D E R

With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard Mr.B.Ramarathinam, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.P.H.Aravindh Pandian, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned counsel for the third respondent.

3. This writ petition has been filed not to disturb the electrical transformer situated in Lakshmi Hayagriva Nagar, 1st Lay out, Adambakkam, Chennai.

4. From the averments made in the affidavit, filed in support of the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner has got certain grievance in shifting the transformer. However, the averments do not clearly state as to the exact prejudice that would be caused to the petitioner or to the other residents. Further more, it is seen that the petitioner has not given any representation to the authority and straightaway, approached this Court for issuance of a writ of mandamus.

5. Mr.P.H.Aravindh Pandian, learned Additional Advocate General, who accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent, submitted that if representation is given to the third respondent, the third respondent will look into the matter.

6. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, by directing the petitioner, to submit a representation, to the third respondent, who shall consider the same, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
