This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1015 of 2016, dated 18.03.2016 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge at Thiruvallur 2.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners who were arrayed as accused were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.1015 of 2016 by imposing certain conditions. One such condition is that the petitioners were directed to stay at Trichy and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruchy daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. He would submit that the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1015 of 2016 to stay at Trichy is onerous. Hence, the above petition has been filed seeking for modification. 3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the gravity of offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur in the order dated 18.03.2016. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur daily at 10.30 a.m. for thirty working days instead of staying at Trichy and reporting before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy.
