ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 5th respondent to appoint a fit person for the better administration of Arulmigu Vembiamman Thirukovil, Thaiyur Village, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram
3/6 District based on the petitioner's representation made by the petitioner on 12.03.2025.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the HR & CE Department produced the written instructions received from the 5th respondent. On going through the same, it is seen that already the enquiry has commenced and hence, the 5th respondent has sought for some time to take a final decision. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the written instructions given by the 5th respondent, there shall be a direction to the 5th respondent to take a decision in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the 6th respondent and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
