A.No.4745 of 2022 A.No.4745 of 2022 in C.S.No.80 of 2016 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN.J., A.No.4745 of 2022 is filed to direct the Registry to amend the final decree dated 12.07.2022 in Tr.C.S.No.80 of 2016 by adding the value of the suit schedule property.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that the final decree has to be registered and the registering authority is refusing to register the final decree on the ground that the value of the property is not been given. It is a compromise decree.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing this application.

4.In the light of the reasons stated and being satisfied with the reasons, this application is allowed.

5.Registry is directed to carryout the amendment as detailed in the application within a period of one week from today. 6.Post the matter on 10.11.2022.
