2. Heard Mr.S.N.Subramani, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent submitted that investigation in the case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and the same is yet to be taken on file.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
