ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conferencing) The petitioner who is an Accused No.3 in C.C.No.2955 of 2016 has filed the quash petition on the ground that there is no averments/allegations against the petitioner and also the petitioner is not a signatory to the cheque in the said Firm.
2. The learned counsel for the Respondent/Complainant submits that the case in C.C.No.2955 of 2016 was pending before the Trial Court was already disposed on 01.04.2019 and it was ended in conviction. He would further submit that this petitioner had preferred an appeal against the conviction in Crl.A.No.205 of 2019 which is pending before the VII Additional Sessions Court, Chennai.
