Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to release the registered court decree pending in document No. P/ Natrampalli/ 2024 dated 22.08.2024 on the file of respondents to the petitioner.

O R D E R

The above Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent to release the registered court decree pending in document No.P/ Natrampalli/2024 dated 22.08.2024 on the file of respondent to the petitioner.

2. Mr.B.Vijay, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for 1/3

the respondent would submit that a letter had been addressed to the petitioner calling upon him to take back the documents which has been refused to be registered. However, the petitioner has not turned up for the same.

3. Heard the counsels on either side.

4. The relief that is claimed is for a mandamus to return the document. Considering that the respondent is ready to return the document, the petitioner shall approach the respondent, who shall thereupon hand over the original document to the petitioner.

5. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
