This contempt petition is filed complaining that the order passed in W.P.No.11355 of 2015 dated 05.03.2019, has not been complied with. After notice, the matter is taken up today for further hearing.

Cont.P.No.1737 of 2019 having any grievance against the said order, it is open to him to challenge the same in a manner known to law. In view of the fact that the order passed by this Court in the above writ petition has been complied with as stated supra, this contempt petition is closed, by granting liberty to the petitioner, as stated supra.
