This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the order dated 16.04.2025 passed in E.P.No.778 of 2024 by the XXVII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to produce the original certified copy of the order dated 16.04.2025 passed in E.P.No.778 of 2024 by the XXVII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, before the Registry.
